Sullivan to Intellect board

INTELLECT Holdings Ltd has appointed Dr Allan Sullivan as non-executive director. Dr Sullivan has over 30 years’ experience through his involvement in engineering and technology companies. He was managing director and chief executive of the ERG Group of Companies from January 2004 to July 2007.
