Australian stocks have opened slightly higher following gains on Wall Street and European markets.At 1020 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 9.4 points, or 0.23 per cent, at 4,082.3, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 9.2 points, or 0.22 per cent, at 4,127.5.
