The Australian market has opened the week higher, buoyed by the gains at the end of last week.At 1010 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 56 points, or 1.3 per cent, at 4,228.6, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 56 points, or 1.32 per cent, at 4,293.9.
