The Australian stockmarket opened lower after iron ore prices fell overnight.At 1025 AEST the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was down 35.6 points, or 0.82 per cent, at 4,320.8 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index had fallen 34.9 points, or 0.8 per cent to 4,346.6 points.
