Australian stocks have opened flat on the back of a mixed offshore lead.At 1024 AEDT, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 3.9 points, or 0.09 per cent, at 4,290.1 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index had risen 4.5 points, or 0.1 per cent, to 4,372.0 points.
