The Australian market has closed marginally higher on a day defensive stocks shone.At 1615 AEDT, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 4.7 points, or 0.1 per cent, at 4,510.5 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index had risen 2.9 points, or 0.06 per cent, to 4,533.5 points.
