State Government appoints Western Australia's Road Safety Commissioner

Kim Papalia has been appointed as the first ever road safety commissioner of Western Australia. Mr Papalia is a former senior WA Police officer. He had a distinguished career at WA Police where he had firsthand experience of the devastation road trauma causes.
