Sinclair Knight Merz appoints Morgan

Project delivery organisation Sinclair Knight Merz has appointed Philip Morgan as its new infrastructure manager in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Mr Morgan has spent several years in Hong Kong working for Halcrow.
