The Australian share market has opened higher following a strong lead from Wall Street.At 1015 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 62.3 points, or 1.5 per cent, at 4,229.9, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 60.3 points, or 1.4 per cent, higher at 4,296.
