The Australian share market has opened more than two per cent higher.At 1016 AEDT, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 96.3 points, or 2.31 per cent, at 4,268.1, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 92.2 points, or 2.18 per cent, at 4,329.7.
