Australian shares opened slightly higher following gains on Wall Street and Europe.At 1016 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 12.1 points, or 0.28 per cent, at 4,303.7, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 12.4 points, or 0.29 per cent, at 4,323.8.
