The Australian share market has opened sharply higher.At 1010 AEST on Wednesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 44.5 points, or 0.90 per cent, at 4,962.9, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 43.1 points, or 0.87 per cent, at 5,001.2.
