Another day of soaring gold and commodity prices has helped the Australian share market close higher.The benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 15.2 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 5,017.1, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 15.7 points, or 0.31 per cent, at 5,004.6.
