Seapower Pacific makes waves with CETO

RENEWABLE Energy Holdings’ Perth-based subsidiary, Seapower Pacific Ltd, has taken a step towards full commercialisation of its CETO wave-power machine, announcing plans to install pre-commercialisation units.
