Schwarz to develop IRC

Steffi Schwarz has joined the Perth office of International Risk Consultants as business development manager. Ms Schwarz has a professional background in resources and consulting, having worked as senior geophysicist on offshore exploration projects with Schlumberger Oil Field Services.
