Sale of Flinders Diamonds stayed

THE Supreme Court of South Australia has ordered a stay of an order made in June 2003 that certain shares in Flinders Diamonds Limited, which vested in the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, be disposed of within six months or such further time as the court allows
