Subiaco-based SRG Global has won $40 million worth of engineering contracts in the marine, rail and bridge sectors.
The mining, construction and asset services company secured six contacts with the Victorian Department of Transport, the Port of Melbourne and for works at the Cross River Rail project in Queensland.
SRG was contracted by the VIC DoT for bridge maintenance works at the West Gate Bridge, Nine Mile Creek Bridge, Glenferrie Road over Caulfield Rail Bridge and Donnybrook Road Bridge over Barbers Creek.
CBGU JV partners contracted SRG for the supply of products and specialist engineering services at the Cross River Rail project in QLD.
SRG will also provide wharf remediation works for the Port of Melbourne’s Swanson Dock West Remediation project.
“We are very pleased to be awarded these contracts to provide civil and remedial engineering services for major infrastructure assets in the transport and water sectors,” SRG managing director David Macgeorge said.
“These contract wins reinforce our position as a partner of choice to provide critical services for tier one clients.”
Earlier this month, the company announced it had won $220 million worth of contacts with Northern Star Resources for work at its Western Australian gold projects.
SRG secured a five-year contract for specialist drilling, blast services, explosives management and grade control drilling at the Bronzewing gold project north-east of Leinster.
The company also secured a two-year contract extension with Northern Star for the same services at its Thunderbox and Carosue Dam gold operations in WA.
On the market, SRG Global shares were up 0.27 per cent to trade at 74 cents at 1.53pm AEDT.
