Rusina appoints technical director

RUSINA Mining Ltd has appointed Phil Fillis as the company’s technical director. Mr Fillis has significant geological experience in China, Africa, Central and South-East Asia and Europe. He is the current director of independent mining consultancy, DevMin Pty Ltd.
