has entered into a letter agreement with CR AU Mining Corporation, the legal holders of the Acoje Mineral Production Sharing Agreement which gives Rusina the option to purchase 100% of the MPSA from CRAU and vend into a soon to be created legal Philippine entity to be held by Rusina (90%) and CRAU (
