Ross Smith to dispose of Empire interests

Colonial Brewing Co founder Ross Smith's Golden Hind Holdings Ltd will dispose of its interests in Subiaco-based brewer Empire Beer Group Ltd, after what is understood to be a sale to a thrid party.
