South African gas explorer Sunbird Energy has appointed Nathan Rayner as technical director.
Mr Rayner was previously evaluation explorer for Addax Petroleum, based in Geneva and general manager of petroleum engineering for Arrow Energy.
Mark Balfour has joined as general counsel and company secretary, following the resignation of company secretary Sophie Raven.
