Suncorp, Dassault Systemes and Gallagher will join BP, Euroz Hartleys, Steinepreis Paganin, JERA Australia and BCG in the office tower.

Suncorp, Dassault Systemes and Gallagher have all signed deals to move to QV1, as the St Georges Terrace building continues to recover from the exit of former anchor tenant Chevron.
The deals bring occupancy at QV1 to about two thirds, with about 20,000 square metres of leasing deals transacted over the last 20 months.
French multinational software company Dessault Systems signed a five-year deal to occupy part of level 28 of the 42- level building, across 378sqm.
The move marks the company’s departure from 190 St Georges Terrace, owned by Andrew and Nicola Forrest’s Fiveight.
CBRE senior director advisory and transaction services Andrew Denny, who brokered the Dassault deal, said the company was keen to stay at the western end of St Georges Terrace.
“Having been based at 190 St Georges Terrace for some time, Dassault was keen to stay in Perth’s west end precinct,” he said.
“QV1 offered them a host of additional amenity such as a 24/7 gymnasium and state of the art conference facilities.”
Propertysolve director Mark Stott was Dassault’s tenant representative on the deal.
Dassault Systemes Asia Pacific South real estate senior manager Daniel Walton said the building was well located for the company.
Insurance and risk management company Gallagher has also signed a lease to occupy the entire 15th floor of QV1, from its current Perth headquarters at 235 St Georges Terrace, industry sources can reveal.
Additionally, banking company Suncorp Group is moving from the Alluvion building on Mounts Bay Road to level 13 at QV1.
Oil and has giant Chevron left QV1 last year to move to Brookfield’s One The Epslanade, along with law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
The moves left the building with about 40,000sqm to fill, of its total 59,566sqm net lettable area.
These recent deals and those from Euroz Hartleys, JERA Australia, Boston Consulting Group, BP Australia and Steinepreis Paganin have helped bring the building back to two thirds full.
QV1 general manager Theo Smyrniotis said the recent deals, coupled with other major moves at the western end of the terrace were a clear sign of a resurgence of that area.
“Victor Goh has recently completed the Capital Square precinct, Fortescue has started moving (into 256 St Georges Terrace), and there seems to be a resurgence at the west end,” he told Business News.
“There is a much greater concentration of people.”
