Programmed Maintenance Services has sold another non-core business that it took control of through the Skilled Group acquisition last year.
Programmed has sold the Damstra workforce software business to an undisclosed party for $6.8 million.
It’s the second business Programmed has sold after buying Skilled in October, with the company in January selling Broadsword Marine Contractors to Geraldton company Bhagwan Marine for $25 million.
“Whilst Damstra is non-core to Programmed’s business, we will continue to have a positive ongoing relationship with Damstra,” Programmed managing director Christopher Sutherland said.
Programmed shares were 4.6 per cent lower to $1.41 each at 11:30am.
