Poor form in boom time

EVER since the boom began, Perth's nightlife and sense of vibrancy (or lack thereof) has been the subject of some fairly robust scrutiny. The latest attempt to mobilise public opinion in this area is an online petition, produced by those cultural engineers at not-for-profit group FORM.
