Pioneer Nickel Ltd – 21-Mar-05

Has exercised an option to purchase the lady of the Lake Project from R W Allen. The consideration for the project was $85,000 as cash and 50,000 shares in pioneer for a 100% interest in all non-gold mineral rights. The right to gold mineralisation has been retained by Mr Allen.
