Phillips appointed to president

John Phillips (pictured) has been appointed as the new president of the Western Australia Division of Engineers Australia. He succeeds John Ruprecht. Mr Phillips is the chairman of the WA Centre of Engineering Leadership and Management on behalf of Engineers Australia.
