Perth median house price down 1.5pc

PERTH’S median house price fell $7,000, or 1.5 per cent, in the June quarter due in part to increased first homebuyer activity, according to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. President Rob Druitt said his group’s evidence indicated the market was returning to "more normal conditions."
