Perth hotel gets $50m refurbishment

Pan Pacific Perth will undertake a $50 million refurbishment of its more than 400-room luxury hotel and convention spaces on Adelaide Terrace.

The hotel group will completely refurbish the hotel’s 392 guest rooms and suites and upgrade its 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites by mid to late 2024.

It will also redesign eight spaces on its convention level, including its two ballrooms, pre-function areas, meeting rooms, lobby, porte cochère and its Pacific Club lounge.

Pan Pacific Perth general manager Paul Flett said the project, which commenced earlier this year, marked a significant milestone in the hotel’s history.

“The extensive refurbishment will see our hotel redefine the very essence of graceful luxury, with the guest experience at the forefront of this project,” he said.

“This includes a new welcoming lobby, state of the art upgrades to the convention facilities, as well as offering the bespoke brand experiences and sincere service to ensure a truly memorable stay.”
