PBF strengthens board

Tony Carter, a former chief executive officer of RAC Insurance Pty Ltd, has been appointed as chairman of the PBF Australia (Paraplegic Benefit Fund) board. The not-for-profit charity has also appointed Steffi Scharwz as a non-executive director.
