Overhaul at Western Metals

WESTERN Metals Ltd has appointed Peter Smith as non-executive chairman, George Bauk as managing director and Geoff Chapman as executive director. The appointments follow the resignations of Western Metal’s current board comprising David Steinepreis, Gary Steinepreis and Paul Hearne.
