Omodei re-allocates Consumer Protection, Mid West portfolios

The portfolios held by disgraced Liberal MLC Anthony Fels have been re-distributed, with Serpentine-Jarrahdale MLA Tony Simpson and Agricultural Region MLC Bruce Donaldson taking over.
