Emerson Stewart Group has announced that its subsidiary, Ocean to Outback Contracting (OTOC) has won $33 million in new contracts in the Mid West and the Pilbara.
In a statement released today, Emerson Stewart said OTOC had won a contract for the design, supply and installation of the exploration camp at Asia Iron’s Extension Hill magnetite project, in the Mid West, and for the design, supply and installation of the Roy Hill rail camps for Kerman Contracting.
The contracts take OTCO’s work in hand for financial year 2012 to more than $90 million.
OTOC Group managing director, Adam Lamond, said the company was very pleased to contribute to two significant Western Australian iron ore projects.
“These contracts mean that the FY12 budget revenue has now been secured and we still have capacity to undertake further work before the end of the year,” Mr Lamond said.
Emerson Stewart acquired OTOC in June for $28 million in cash and shares.
