Patrick O'Connor has taken over as chairman of TFS Corporation from chief executive Frank Wilson, who has held the role since former chairman Richard Alston left last September for unexplained reasons.
Mr O'Connor is currently chairman of Xceed Resources and Bravura Capital, non-executive deputy chairman of Perilya, and a non-executive director of SAS Telecom.
He is a former chairman of the Water Corporation.
