Novacoat Holdings acquires McFee assets

LOCAL protective coating company Novacoat Holdings, which recently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, has reached a binding agreement to acquire the business assets of Sydney-based engineering, construction and maintenance group McFee Holdings.
