Non-Profit News Service No. 0166 - Tax law changes: gift funds and DGRs

Apr 2007. The tax law has been amended to remove the gift fund requirement for certain deductible gift recipients (DGRs) and to standardise integrity arrangements for all DGRs. The changes apply from the date of Royal Assent which is April 12 2007.
