Jun 2005. Tax Laws Amendment (2005 Measures No.3) Bill 2005 was passed by the Senate on 20 June 2005. It contains measures to increase flexibility for charitable & prescribed private funds & to correct an anomaly relating to FBT rebatable employer status.
