New editor for WIN

WIN Television has announced the appointment of Stewart Richmond as WIN News WA news editor. Mr Richmond brings with him a wealth of news management experience, having previously held senior positions at the Nine, Seven and TEN Networks as well as being a former director of News at GWN.
