Jamie Martinovich has been promoted to client director of Nova 93.7, replacing Rohan Dwyer, who is returning to Vega Melbourne to head the agency sales team. Mr Martinovich joined Nova as sales manager in October 2005, after more than 20 years with Channel 7.
