Fleetwood Corporation has appointed its current chief financial officer and company secretary Bradley Denison as managing director, following the resignation of former chief executive Stephen Price in April.

Fleetwood Corporation has appointed current chief financial officer and company secretary Bradley Denison as managing director, following the resignation of former chief executive Stephen Price in April.
Mr Denison has worked with Fleetwood for 13 years, with a financial and commercial background.
“The board recognises the importance of maintaining the strong and unique corporate culture of Fleetwood and is therefore delighted to appoint Mr Dennison in this, the company’s 50th anniversary year,” Fleetwood said in a statement.
Mr Denison will start his new role in August.
Fleetwood’s share price rose by 0.4 per cent to $2.30 at 11:45am.
