Advise that it has entered into an agreement with Melbourne Capital Limited to place up to 50 million ordinary shares at $0.007 (0.7 cents) per share to raise $350,000 before capital raising costs. The shares will be placed with clients of Melbourne Capital Limited on a best endeavours basis.
