New GM for TMP Worldwide

TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications in Perth has appointed Rowena Smith as general manager WA, replacing Mark Clemow. Ms Smith has joined the company from advertising agency HMA Blaze in Sydney. Dave Sayer has also been appointed as managing director for Australia.
