Mutiny Gold has promoted non-executive director Alan Brown to non-executive chairman, following the resignation of Frank Lawson from the board of the WA gold explorer.
Former Avoca Resources chief operating officer Tony James has been appointed managing director from June, when acting chief executive Rowan Johnston will become executive director of operations.
Sirona Capital managing director Kelvin Flynn has also joined as a non-executive director, while Paul Wright and Benedict Kusni have resigned.
