HEALTHSCOPE Limited's pur-chase of Perth's 90-bed Mount Hospital is set to proceed after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said it would not oppose the deal. Healthscope is acquiring 14 hospitals across Australia, inc-luding the Mount, which will be its first in Western Australia.
