Minosora appointed at Azure Capital

FORMER Ernst and Young partner Michael Minosora has been appointed as managing director at Perth-based investment bank, Azure Capital. Mr Minosora will replace founder Mark Barnaba in the role, with Mr Barnaba to become joint executive chairman with co-founder John Poynton.
