Michele Dolin has died in her prime, with the Perth-based company director still serving on three boards when she passed earlier this month.

Ms Dolin had a successful career in banking and financial services before becoming a professional director a decade ago.
She took on her latest role as chair of Northern Territory energy retailer Jacana Energy only five months ago.
Ms Dolin was also a non-executive director of Synergy (since 2014) and Pathwest Laboratory Medicine (since 2020).
She served on the Senate of the University of Western Australia from 2012 to February last year and as a director of St Andrew’s Insurance from 2013 to last year.
Other boards she served on over the past decade included CPA Australia, AMP Superannuation, St John of God Health Care and the Water Corporation.
A private funeral for Ms Dolin will be held on Friday 21 October, followed by a celebration of her life at the University Club of Western Australia commencing at 2.30pm.

Company director and former CCIWA boss Deidre Wilmot said “Michele lived an amazing life”.
Gold Corporation chief executive Jason Waters, who previously led Synergy, described Ms Dolin as a person of the highest quality.
Former state government director general Gail McGowan said Ms Dolin was a true people person.
“Her legacy will live on as will her influence and impact on so many Western Australians,” Ms McGowan said.
Other people to remember Ms Dolin included professional director Tracey Horton and former banking colleagues Ed Bradley, Jon Sutton and Christian Rasmussen.
Ms Dolin started her career with Colonial Mutual in 1979 before joining PwC in the 1980s as a senior strategy consultant.
She worked at Westpac Bank as general manager of operations WA before joining Bankwest, where was a group executive for five years.
Ms Dolin served as chief executive of state government superannuation fund GESB between 2003 and 2011.
She is survived by her children Ben and Alexandra, who said she enjoyed everything life offered and lived an accomplished and full life.
“A beloved mother, dear friend and accomplished business woman,” they wrote in her obituary.
“She was an inspiration who will be sorely missed by all who knew her.”
