PCF Capital Group has appointed Darren Martin as executive director of mergers and acquisitions to the Perth-based corporate advisory firm.
Mr Martin joins PCF after spending nine years at Gresham Advisory Partners, including more than three years as executive director and co-head of Gresham’s Perth office.
The appointment of Mr Martin follows the appointment of former Macquarie Capital veteran Stuart Moran as PCF’s executive director of corporate advisory and equity capital markets in July, and newly appointed senior resources analyst Andrew Muir, previously of RM Capital, JP Morgan and Hartleys, to the equity research and institutional broking division, PCF Securities.
