Marshall to new Aspen business

Perth-based Aspen Group Ltd has appointed Bill Marshall as chief executive officer of its newly-created retirement and aged care division. Mr Marshall will manage the development of the company’s retirement and aged care facilities and has more than 20 years’ experience in the field.
