The Australian share market opened higher after a lift on United States exchange overnight.At 1010 AEDT, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 19.6 points, or 0.47 per cent, at 4,204.2, while the broader All Ordinaries index was 19.2 points, or 0.46 per cent, higher at 4,270.5.
