The Australian market has opened higher following mixed leads from Europe and the US overnight.At 1030 AEST, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 27.4 points, or 0.6 per cent, at 4,308.6, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 25.7 points, or 0.6 per cent, at 4,332.7.
