MacPhersons finalises Nimbus acquisition

 Aspiring Kalgoorlie-based gold miner MacPhersons Reward has confirmed it will purchase the Nimbus Silver project and its processing plant from Reed Resources in a cash and scrip deal worth approximately $5 million.
